When I first found Elizabeth, I had a lot of second guessing going on in my life. Just deep insecurity and always questioning myself... comparing myself to others and imposter syndrome, believing that success was even possible for me was always creeping up. I felt really stuck and I was just hoping for some guidance around that. I'd been stuck long enough. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired, enough of this. Right away, even in our very first session together, I was completely at ease with Elizabeth. There was something that just felt so comfortable and she was just really great at listening. The questions she asked allowed me to stop, go within, look at my beliefs and find possibility on the other side and feel hopeful. She just got me and it was a wonderful feeling. There's so much that's changed since working with Elizabeth. The biggest thing I noticed was breaking the habit I had of giving up when things get hard. I now have this integral tool that shows up that reminds me there's no reason why things can't work out for me. I believe in my possibilities and I get innovative now.
